Q - How long does shipping takes?
A - Local orders take between 8 - 12 business days to arrive at their destination. Some particular products might take up to 25 days to arrive due to the Covid-19 pandemic and/or the product is in high demand.
- International delivery usually takes between 10 – 15 business days. Some particular products might take up to 25 business days to arrive due to the Covid-19 pandemic and/or the product is in high demand.
- Once an item is ordered there is a Handling Time of 1-2 business days before product will be shipped.
Q - Where is my order?
A - You can track your order here: TRACK MY ORDER using the tracking number sent to you via email. Local/International orders will be received within 10 - 17 business days from placing your order (Including Handling Time), depending on the product ordered and the destination.
Some particular products might take up to 27 business days (Including Handling Time) to arrive due to the Covid-19 pandemic and/or the product is in high demand.

A - All products, where possible, include VAT fees in the purchase price. However due to varying regulations internationally this will not always be possible.
